Responsibilities will include:
Daily recruiting efforts
Directs sales team to meet or exceed minimum daily, weekly and monthly production standards
Maintain and develop relationships with referral partner companies
Hiring, training, mentoring of new sales consultants
Coordinate and effectively manage sales meetings
Side by side teamwork environment
Personal sales production to meet company goals
Prepare weekly action plans to be submitted to general manager
Daily interaction with other management personnel
Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in security or similar industry sales or management is required.
Candidate must be able to exercise great work ethic including training and mentoring in a self-generated environment. This is hard work, but the rewards are excellent!

Candidate must also be motivated to motivate and grow the company, charismatic, able to display leadership characteristics, a problem solver, customer focused and eager to succeed. Also, candidate must have a clean background and MVR. Candidate must also display proven skills in outside sales management.

Compensation will be based partially on experience, but will include a combination of salary, commissions, bonuses, company phone, and possibly company vehicle. Other compensation may also apply related to production bonuses and allowances.
