We are currently looking for a Professional Sales Representative with a proven track record in new account development within the Commercial Real Estate market. BOMA membership and relationships are a huge plus. Knowledge of landscape maintenance is helpful, but not necessary as you will be supported by an expert Technical Staff.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
-5 years of B-to-B outside sales experience selling services
-Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate market
-A proven track record and stable job history with references
-Integrity
-Verbal and written communication skills
-Organization and time management skills
-Ability to work independently
-Strong work ethic
-Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
-4 year college degree
