8 or more years experience in a CPG or research related industry (sales, marketing). Prior experience managing at least 5+ people. Demonstrated experience/ability to apply analytic solutions to CPG business issues across multiple research methodologies and client functions. Proven track record in achieving measurable business results. In-depth knowledge of ACNielsen, or similar, products and services. Advanced communication skills across varied group sizes and communication vehicles1. Servce as a business consultant and thought leader to Director/VP level associates within the client's organization while also building strong relationships and demonstrating measurable client ROI for ACNielsen solutions.2. Provide subject matter expertise in support of strategic client business issues (e.g. Marketing Mix, Brand Equity, New Product Development). Partner with colleagues and clients to apply ACNielsen analytic solutions to prioritized issues.3. Lead the proposal, planning, and execution of research projects centered on existing and anticipated client business issues. Utilize full suite of ACNielsen/VNU capabilities and partner with others to maximize research utility for clients.4. Lead a team of associates to high levels of performance against client service plan. Manage associate performance for mutual benefit of associates' skill development and fulfillment of client needs/issues.
