CV Ultrasound Clinical Marketing Specialist

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: MarketingResponsibilities: Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for the "World's Most Admired Company" (Fortune Magazine) offering significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.The Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CV U/S) Clinical Marketing Specialist role is responsible for utilizing his or her experience & knowledge of the cardiovascular ultrasound clinical applications to develop and drive the clinical value for new products in GE Healthcare Cardiovascular Ultrasound product line.Product development and go to market responsibilities include:
Working as part of a global marketing team, representing the American customer's needs by gathering customer feedback, field applications & sales team's feedback to drive product requirements of existing product features
Working closely with global product management & engineering teams to test new product's breakthrough release features at customer sites within the USA
Working closely with our product development opinion leaders in the USA to secure their satisfaction & excitement during our development of new product features as we introduce and go to market with those new features
Working as part of the global marketing team to increase market share and our overall position in the market by developing the clinical value of those new products
Developing sales, marketing & application tools, image case studies, training programs & web image libraries that demonstrate the clinical value of new products and features. This clinical value will focus on increasing sales force and application team effectiveness at the new product introductions
Supporting Go To Market activities of sales/applications training & customer product launch.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: -RDCS certification (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)
Skilled in 2D, Doppler, color flow imaging, Stress Echo, TEE, Networking & advanced Features of Cardiac Ultrasound
At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a hospital setting following certification with demonstrated skill in cardiology sonography imaging, or minimum of 2 years of commercial Ultrasound clinical applications experience
Willingness to travel at least 50-70% with overnight stays depending on business needs, including periodic visits to customer sites that may last 1-2 weeks per visit. Some travel may be international.
Willing to take a drug test
Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
You must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesDesired: -Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
Solid creative problem solving skills and ability to manage and resolve conflict
Proven professional business acumen (experience leveraging relationships and expertise of local internal team members and interfacing with external customers)
Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Demonstrated successful project managment skills, ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment and across functions
Previous clinical marketing / product development experience in ultrasound
Basic proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Bachelor's degree preferred
