Job Description

The Business Marketing Manager manages the business with the sales teams and initiates and executes (corrective) actions to meet or improve on business objectives.

You will also be responsible for the following;

You will own the Sales Planning on a product level with a 6 month horizon and category level with a 18 month horizon.
Defines, implement and monitor the Category strategy and Plan, including market introduction process, for selected product combinations and new products in liaison with the sales organizations and business lines.
Optimize sales value, volume and delivers coping with changing environments. As well as this you must know and understand the Regional market, translates this into a business plan
Sets & manages margin & pricing ensuring effective implementation in all NAFTA countries based on commercial policy
Initiates Regional marketing initiatives (launch teams) and formulates marketing support requirements towards marketing services

Preferred Profile

For the position of Business Marketing Manager, Video Peripherals you should have a bachelor degree in a relevant field like Business/ Strategic Marketing. You should also have 5 to10 years of (inter)national Business & Sales experience. You will also be experienced with Product Market introductions and have a background in fast moving/durable goods. The Business Marketing manager should also be able to run a Profit and Loss at regional level and show strong leadership in a matrix setting. You should also have excellent communication skills, fresh ideas and a good personality.
