Business Development Manager (7000-49)

We seek an experienced individual to provide leadership in winning new business contracts for ELINT and ESM products with military customers. The successful candidate will be directly involved in identifying new business opportunities, creating capture strategies in compliance with the customer capture processes and marketing Electronic Intelligence and Electronic Support Measurement systems, while actively coordinating with senior officers, program managers and related customer decision makers. In addition, the successful candidates will serve as customer points of contact, work closely with our Washington, DC office to ensure effective interactions with senior defense customers located in that area, and develop and implement marketing strategies for current and new products; as well as provide rationale for RFPs, etc. Other duties include coordinating and participating in meetings to review business strategies, trade shows and distribution of marketing materials; in addition to providing analysis of competitors strategies, supporting proposal and business capture efforts, and providing leadership of all efforts to capture new ELINT and ESM business with domestic military customers.

Education: Requires BSEE or equivalent, along with 10+ years of experience in systems-level marketing and sales to military customers, U.S. DoD prime contractors, and to government agencies. Knowledge and experience in interfacing with technical and procurement groups is essential.
Must be able to travel 30% of the time.
