Business Analyst

Intel's Sales and Marketing group provides world-class support at the OEM, developer and end-user levels. In addition, the group is involved in Internet and e-Commerce strategies, as well as the execution of worldwide Intel® architecture branded product strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for defining and providing customer supply chain solutions to enable the realization of Intel's demand fulfillment strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Engaging team members in a timely manner and coordinating activities in support of the exploration, planning, development, and deployment phases of the new Product Lifecycle (PLC) process
- Acting as a liaison between the business units (such as stakeholders, users, customers) and the program team, driving detailed process design
- Learning to be a Process Design Expert
- Driving geo stakeholders alignment
- Assisting with training and implementation of tools
You will own managing your own geo stakeholders

You should possess a Bachelor of Arts and five years of increasingly relevant experience. You must possess a teamwork spirit and the ability to solve problems objectively. Additional qualifications include:
- Proven success in a fast-paced program or project
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain processes and order/demand fulfillment processes, along with an in-depth knowledge of demand fulfillment tools
- Highly competent in tool process development: design, customization, implementation, testing, etc.
- Ability to see things from a broader perspective and conduct self-assessment
- Ability to represent stakeholders' interests and to work towards a worldwide solution
- Proven business analysis, process reengineering and strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently across organizations, both internal and external to Intel
- Highly resourceful and possess excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of the supply line, electronic commerce trends and technologies would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of software development processes would be an added advantage
