Areas of Responsibility• Implements sales programs and strategies designed to increase revenue
• Implements sales programs by identifying prospects; developing action plans; tracking and monitoring results

• Daily inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizational meetings
• Schedule and plan activities based on customer special requests
• Must work well with others and interact positively with employees, tenants, and vendors
