Job Duties: Responsible for generating leads for agents in the field resulting in increased sales. You will field inbound inquiries from merchant accounts and place outbound calls to businesses presenting Cardservice International products and services. Telemarketing representatives will process bona fide merchant leads and transfer them to an agent office in the field based on lead distribution rules. You will be responsible for documenting the leads in the company's tracking system with any pertinent information. Employee will be required to be knowledgeable and up-to-date on all services and products offered by the company and follow department/company protocol for call escalations and servicing merchants.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Qualifications:
Previous telemarketing and customer service experience is preferred but not necesary; willing to train the right candidate. Must have computer profeciency including MS word. Must be well organized and possess strong communication skills.
