Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:
·Develop short term tactical marketing plans and contribute to longer term strategic business plans
·Create strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive implementation of marketing plans·Develop and implement packaging and labeling
·Coordinate preparation of promotional materials with outside agencies
·Assist Customer Support
·Prepare product Website development, campaigns and materials
·Implement promotional campaigns
·Train sales staff
·Represent the company and its products in the marketplace working directly with partners, customers, and Sales.·Represent the voice of the marketplace within the company to support product development and improvements.·Monitor the competitive landscape to understand changing dynamics and the implications for success in each market we serve.·Support activities, preparation, planning and implementation of conventions, conferences in order to assist the promotion of image and products.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge Qualifications:
·Experienced in marketing medical device brands.
·Must have 2+ years of marketing experience either as a staff position or relevant internship
·Clear understanding of media & marketing research, its development and application to the buying and selling of advertising.·Knowledgeable in strategic planning, tactical project planning and financial planning.
·Familiarity with FDA regulations as they pertain to marketing and labeling medical devices
·Effective problem-solver and decision-maker.
·Effective oral & written communications with all levels inside and outside the company.·Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.·BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
