Strong consumer experience a must. Minimum requirements for consideration: 1) 2 - 3+ years of classic marketing 2) Food, general merchandise or HBC background in retail channels 3) General management desire and exposure a plus 4) Ability to manage multiple complex projects on multiple time lines at the same time 5) Like making decisions and operating in entrepreneurial enterprise 6) HEAVY AMBITION IS REQUIRED
