Associate Creative Director

We are Genex, an Internet solutions provider, and we are currently recruiting for an Associate Creative Director (ACD). The ACD provides vision and leadership for the growth of his or her creative team, and is responsible for the allocation of resources within that team. He or she will manage, lead and inspire a team of creative professionals composed of senior and mid-level designers, copywriters and production artists. He or she will collaborate with peers in Strategy, Project Management and IA to structure each project’s parameters and define resources to meet the creative strategy and stay on budget. Additional responsibilities include presenting concepts to internal management, clients and new business prospects, and spreading expertise, enthusiasm and innovation throughout the creative department. Reports directly to the Creative Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates have 6+ years of design experience, solid management and team building expertise, and excellent presentation/ client management skills. A strong understanding of various media platforms and relevant programming gained from prior Internet/new media experience is expected. Automotive experience is a plus.
