Assistant Manager, Rewards Marketing

Title: Sr. Analyst/Assistant Manager, Rewards Marketing
Description:
1. Participates in monthly marketing mailing task force meetings for all cash programs and new points programs. Supports LMS program setup, vendor setup for new cash programs, and maintenance on all cash programs. Will be the marketing expert on LMS functionality and will consult with portfolios, HTS, and Global LMS on LMS to ensure accurate fulfillment of marketing programs.2. Manages rewards database and rewards reporting, including existing reports, identification of new information needs and securing resources for development of new reports.3. Represents rewards team in Rewards incidents meetings and provides support for resolution as needed.4. Develops new procedures or streamlines existing ones to enhance departmental efficiency and contain costs. Outlines business requirements for enhancements to rewards platform.5. Manage or support special projects as needed.
Requirements:
BA degree
Minimum 2-3 years experience in credit card industry, familiarity with multiple functional areas is a plus.
Demonstrated strength in creative problem solving is critical. Systems knowledge and project management skills are desired.
Must work well with others in a cross-functional environment, manage relationships, and build rapport.
Applicant should be detail-oriented with solid multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Occasional travel may be required.

job Requirements


GENERAL MARKETING: Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience required or a Master’s degree. Two years Financial Services Marketing and Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills, detail orientated, proven oral and written communication skills, and an understanding of bankcard financials are required.POSITION SPECIFIC:

BA Degree, MBA a plus

Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing

Previous credit card industry experience required.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work with others in cross-functional environment, managing relationships and building rapport.

Experienced and successful equally with strategy and implementation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
