Assistant Community Manager

We are a national and FUN apartment community management firm seeking an energetic, trustworthy, and friendly ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER to join the team at our apartment community in the Denver area.You will earn a great base pay plus commissions on every apartment you rent!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Supervise leasing staff to ensure that all procedures and standards are maintained.
• Prepare marketing, trend, traffic flow and comparison reports. Analyze and review reports with Community Manager to develop new marketing plans.
• Assist with budgeting, rent collection and Fair Housing compliance.
• Market apartment community to potential residents and provide tours of property.
• Assist Community Manager on other projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:• 2-3 yrs exp of multi-housing experience as an assistant manager preferred.
• Yard experience is preferred
• Service attitude and great communication skills!
