Plans and conducts sales activities to sell guest rooms and meeting
facilities; assists in the development of marketing plans.




Contacts various market segments through inside and outside sales
calls
Completes sales reports
Conducts property tours and explains accommodations and other company
information
Distributes directories, and other printed material to welcome centers,
local businesses
Collects and compiles statistical data related to sales and marketing
Performs other duties as required or assigned
Requires general knowledge of sales techniques and basic business
practices.
Requires ability to clearly communicate, both orally and in writing.
Requires good clerical skills to include typing at 40 w.p.m., to
include composition of letters and reports.
Requires ability to operate an automobile in the daily routine of
making sales calls.
