Advertising & Promotions Coordinator

We are in need of a superstar who can support our retail promotions department in the planning and coordinating of grand openings events, new store openings, kids fairs and in-store events from implementation through execution.

Ideal candidate will possess the ability to:
·Coordinate and plan events and keep the entire team on track and ontime
·Maintain schedules, timelines and promotions calendars
·Work with advertising, press releases and yellow pages
·Work closely with stores to address specific promotional needs
·Oversee art requests for signage and other creative projects and ensure deadlines are met.
·Work in tandem with various departments to ensure effective communication to the field and store management.
Requirements:

·Past experience in event coordinating preferred
·Excellent computer skills
·Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
·Self starter
·Attention to detail
·Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
·Strong organizational and time management skills
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
