Advertising Manager, Marketing Department (Casino)

This position develops, implements and manages the company's advertising strategy.

•Responsible for Planning and implementation of Advertising and collateral for Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and internal departments.
•Supervises advertising agency, selects and evaluates advertising and related vendors.
•Negotiates prices, contracts, and agreements. Develops the advertising plan and budget. Monitors advertising expenditures to ensure they remain within established budgets.
•Maintains awareness of changes in the marketplace that may impact planned programs. Establishes contacts in the marketplace to produce new ideas. Interfaces with all impacted departments.
•Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and encourages others to do the same. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS
Advertising/Marketing or related college degree is required. Strong knowledge of all media including print, broadcast, and outdoor. Knowledge of California and primary feeder markets preferred. Strong advertising production knowledge and creative/design skills necessary. Must be organized and detail oriented. A minimum of two to four years advertising experience in agency or client setting required. Casino experienced preferred. Knowledge of financial analysis and budget preparation is essential. Must be able to get along with Co-workers, work as an effective team member. Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance.
