IMS is seeking an Account Executive to manage inventory and the execution of warehousing and distribution activities of in-store point-of-sale materials for our industry-leading retail client. This position will be based out of the Atlanta, GA office.The Account Executive will be fully accountable for driving the flawless execution of projects, inventory management, and distribution activities across assigned business areas.Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Drive all processes for assigned business areas
Deliver superior service to clients
Build trust and respect across all contacts…clients and IMS
Maintain frequent communication with our Illinois and Atlanta based Account Management teams
Manage the execution of rollouts…drive the process to ensure on-time and complete deliveries
Daily order and inventory management, maintenance and follow up
Provide client quotes for rollout requests and kitting projects- retain all necessary client approvals
Maintain disciplined internal and external project management processes
Maintain a proactive approach across all contacts and identify new business opportunities
Review and analyze reports for distribution to client base

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must possess and demonstrate project management/client management skills and take initiative. The individual must be a self-starter, detail-oriented with good written and oral communications skills. 2-3 years of Marketing experience preferred, point of sale & point of purchase experience a big plus! Microsoft Word, Excel and AS400 system experience required. An Associate Degree (or higher) preferred.
