We have been in Chicago for alomst 5 years and have tripled our revenue each year. We want confident representatives who have the ability to open new accounts and develop those accounts. The relationship with the client is invaluable and we will allow you to work any territory to develop those relationships and be successful in your career!

REQUIREMENTS
A successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years in outside sales; preference taken to candidates from the staffing industry. Must have a proven track record developing long term relationships with customers, and the drive and ambition to be the very best. The day to day responsibilities include: cold calling clients, sourcing potential customers/candidates, setting meetings, qualifying potential business, interviewing and making matches with candidates to meet client’s business requirements and needs. Candidate must also work with our applicants to make skill matches, professional assessments, and possess the ability to close candidates and consultants on possible job opportunities. Must be able to do all of the above with honesty and integrity. The successful candidate must have the ability and passion to continually learn new technology. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
