Account Sales Executives Needed!!
Detailed Job Description
- Sell skilled trade and general labor services to clients within a specified territory through cold-calling and face-to-face meetings
- Obtain and document client information in the proper format and distributed appropriately within corporate guidelines.
- Report field activity consistently and accurately to management
- Establish appropriate staffing levels and bill rates for each job
- Recruitment of quality team members on a consistent basis
- Assess safety environment of job-sites and work with Risk Assessment when necessary
- Assess customer needs for staffing keeping Safety, Productivity, Quality (SPQ) as the key focus.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with branch managers to ensure existing customers are serviced on a daily basis
- Substitute for branch manager in the event of an absence if requested by district managers
- Transport team members to job sites when requested at various times
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:
- Provide customer service in person on job-sites in all environments and conditions.
- Must work flexible, sometimes hours in all climates, using ladders and being at high levels.
- Spends majority of time working out of vehicle
- Outgoing
- Strong sales background
- High school diploma or equivalent
