This individual must be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to coach, plan, troubleshoot and set goals while proving your outstanding leadership, communications, analytical and team-building abilities. Strong computer skills and a commitment to senior care are essential. This position will be responsible for providing sales leadership and support to multiple communities in an assigned region to ensure.


The ideal candidate must have: A minimum of five to seven years solid multi-facility sales management experience in a service industry with a preference in the Senior Living or Health Care background; Exceptional ability to hire "A" players; Excellent training and coaching; High drive for accountability and results; BS/BA Degree.
