Press Operator : 3rd shift: 11pm-7am : 6 needed!
Complete Description:
• Determines sequence of operations by studying batch sheets and specifications.

• Prepares equipment for production by recognizing product and setting equipment to meet product specifications.

• Regulates production by setting and adjusting controls as required.

• Produces product by operating equipment. (Taiyo)

• Maintains specifications by observing operations; trouble shooting and detecting malfunctions; inspecting product; adjusting controls; replacing blades, etc.; cleans and performs routine maintenance.

• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs as required.

• Resolves production problems by altering process to meet additional specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional information or resources.

• Contributes to team effectiveness and workflow efficiency by rotating duties as needed.

• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's operation and maintenance instructions and established procedures; calling for repairs.

• Maintains company quality standards and service levels by meeting or exceeding departmental standards.

• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

• Supports operations and contributes to team results by performing other production or related jobs as required.
