Warehouse Leader

Role/Function:
To direct the warehouse operations of the branch in accordance with Company standards, policies, systems and procedures. To pay particular attention to order processing, operational readiness, customer service, inventory management and timely reporting as critical success factors.Responsibilities:• Direct driver• Ensure that the warehouse is properly organized and efficiently configured to ensure operational readiness at all times;
• Order stock in accordance with established procedures to ensure complete complement of required stock;
• Monitor and control product inventory through scheduled cycle counts;
• Take a hands-on approach to assisting Head Office personnel during bi-annual inventory counts;
• Plan and direct all product deliveries paying particular attention to required paperwork, scheduling and routes;
REQUIREMENTS
• Computer Literate
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience;
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
