Operations Supervisor
In this role, candidates is
responsible for the management,
planning, organizing,
and direction of all
Dock & CDL employees assigned
to them. Reporting
to the Service Center
Manager, individual oversees
& is directly involved
in the operations of the;
Dock, P&D, & Road Dispatch,
including, but not
limited to, customer service,
productivity, quality
freight handling, claims
prevention, load average, &
safety.
Qualified candidates must
have a strong commitment
to customer service and
employee relations, excellent
verbal and written
communication skills,
proven track record in the
transportation industry including
operations and
sales, strong analytical
abilities, and basic computer
skills.
