Job Responsibilities:

The Trainer II, Warehouse Operations Support is responsible for conducting and delivering operations project roll-out, customer service and systems training conducive to warehouse operations. This role will develop, maintain and recommend changes in training materials and programs. You will also plan and organize training to meet the needs of client group. Additionally, when necessary, assume temporary leadership role to ensure appropriate customer service levels are maintained.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

3+ years experience in a delivery center environment and training/project management background.

Strong warehouse management systems background required

Proven presentation, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with and understand multiple warehouse management systems (WMS) and platforms

80% REGIONAL (I.E. NORTH EAST) AND DOMESTIC TRAVEL REQUIRED!!!
