Tool/Mold Maker

Purpose: A plastics manufacturing company in the Carlsbad, CA area is looking for a tool maker/mold maker to work in the machine shop. We are a large plastics producing manufacturer and specialize in molded plastics. Seeking potential candidates immediately.

Responsibilities:
Will be operating various machinery to make new molds/tools as well as repair molds as needed.
Will need to make sure all tools are ready for daily production.
Must be able to document all repairs and tooling/mold history as needed. Must be able to read blueprints for building and fabrication of jigs and fixtures.
