Technician IV

Position Overview: As a Technician, you will support manufacturing by identifying and ensuring process requirements are maintained and product is prepared properly for testing. Working closely with the lead and manager, you will coordinate any process or product issues to identify the appropriate corrective actions are being taken.
Key Responsibilities:Utilizing your advanced technical skills, you are adept with automated testing, identification of nonconformance and quality defects, and the principles surrounding assembly process and work order flow. You will work closely with the line to identify and isolate product in nonconformance and repair to the component level. In this important role, you may troubleshoot and repair warranty products as well as keep accurate records on all repairs performed.
Your excellent interpersonal skills and communications will allow you to proactively address all issues impacting product quality and productivity. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical personnel will aid you in your success. You are a self-starter requiring little supervision and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Requirements:

A Bachelors Degree in Electronics coupled with 9 years of technician experience is required. Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office programs as well as data entry skills will be needed for this position. You have experience with oscilloscopes, DVM's, flow meters and test fixtures. Ability to lift and perform repeated motions is also a requirement of this position. Must be available for overtime as needed. Travel will be required.
