Technician - Bioreactors

REQ#: FDM921798RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support operation of Bioreactor vessels.

Support operation of Downstream Virus Production Area.

Participate in area equipment, personnel, and operations scheduling.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, MDs, and cGMPs.

Perform PRISM data entry.

Conduct training in aseptic technique and documentation and required SOP's.

Perform daily sampling and monitoring of cultures and conduct Environmental Monitoring.

Participate in validation studies / executions and inactivation kinetics studies, protocols and execution.

Assist with potency investigations and contamination investigations.

Monitor vessel preparation (dry sterilization and integrity test bioreactors).QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in a science field, or equivalent experience

Previous leadership and/or manufacturing experience preferred

This position requires a commitment to current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs), documentation, and strict adherence to written procedures.

Strong mechanical aptitude

Good oral and written communication skills
