Technical Services Coordinator

The Technical Service Coordinator is engaged in a high-volume call center which fields calls nationwide from our network of field representatives and customer base. Calls are of a highly technical nature which requires quick and accurate responses. A high degree of professionalism, courtesy and a positive attitude must be maintained at all times when dealing with product questions regarding product usage, installation, complaints, problems and a variety of requests, along with excellent writing skills to respond to incoming correspondence, e-mail requests and company website questions.

REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma required. Some college preferred.
•Minimum five (5) years experience as a licensed, professional tile installer with job references.
•Minimum two (2) years experience in a technical or customer service related position; must have extensive knowledge of the many phases of construction work and specifications.
•Effective oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and a positive, professional, and courteous manner and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
•Strong organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to learn quickly, prioritize work and be self motivated in a fast paced, high energy environment.
•Light travel required as requested by the Technical Service Manager.
