Function: Operations (Beef, Poultry, Pork, etc.)Pay Type: ExemptPosition Number: 90190168 Supv HatcheryEmployee Type: Full Time Shift N/AJob Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the receipt and inspection of recently hatched, sexed chicks to ascertain quality and fitness for customer use, processing chicks to customer requirements, delivery of chicks, and the cleaning/sanitization and maintenance of the hatchery and equipment. REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree from four-year college or university is preferred.Experience: 1+ years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer Skills: Must be able to use Hatchery HMS and BIM/PIM. Must be proficient in other Microsoft programs.Travel: Minimal travel is required with this position. Supervisory Skills: Directly supervises 8 to 15 Team Members in the hatchery.
Position-Specific Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to use Hatchery HMS and BIM/PIM. Must be proficient in other Microsoft programs.
Minimal travel is required with this position.
