Function: Operations (Beef, Poultry, Pork, etc.)Pay Type: ExemptPosition Number: 10452348 Supv ProductionEmployee Type: Full Time Shift BJob Description: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for directing and training production Team Members in all facets of their jobs, including production operations, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, turnover, absenteeism, safety, motivation, and problem solving; safety, quality, Team Member retention, and Team Member morale; perform special projects as required; ensure adherence to all company safety and human resource policies and procedures; and perform other duties as assigned by management.REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree in business or related discipline preferred.Experience: 1 plus years production experience or equivalent preferred; familiar with USDA and HACCP policies and procedures; supervisory experience preferred.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.Travel: Some travel may be required.Supervisory Skills: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
