We have an opportunity available for the right person. Actual operation of abrasive waterjet cutting systems is not a requirement - World Class Production Management of this department is the focus.

This is a challenging and dynamic operation that will require analytical thinking, definative action followed by measureable results....all acomplished in a team environment.

Opportunity: Supervisor/Team Leader for Abrasive Waterjet Mfg. Department Responsibilities: World Class Mfg Management Production planning, scheduling Labor/Shift Materials Inventory Management, Quality Control, Thruput and Continuous Improvement
Preventive Maintenance Schedule

Machinery: 20X intensifier with 2 cutting tables 100Dll intensifier with 2 dynamic hds 12'x9'table Garnet recycling system and Material movement system
Personnel: 7
Pay Rate: Commensurate with management/leadership skills

REQUIREMENTS


Knowledge of World Class Mfg Principles Techniques or ISO, Team Leadership, Lean Mfg., Shop Floor Control Plant experience managing, planning and scheduling manufacturing operations for department, ie. people, machines and material inventory. Interact with Production Management Team Attend Continuous Improvement Meetings Attend Production Planning Meetings
