Supervisor - Electric Melt Department


As a key member of our Indianapolis team, you will be responsible for directly managing all resources (manpower, equipment, materials, etc.) in the Melt production area to continually improve performance levels with respect to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Housekeeping, and Performance Schedule.
REQUIREMENTS


Required qualifications:
One year experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Additional qualifications:
Understanding of basic statistical processes. (Must be able to calculate averages, and identify upper and lower control limits on statistical charts.)
At least 2 years hands-on experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. (Microsoft Word – capable of producing a basic business letter, Microsoft Outlook – capable of retrieving and sending emails).
At least 3 years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
