Work with plant/area personnel daily or as needed to assess, to reinforce demonstration of required core competency skills.

Work with area personnel daily to plan, assign work, and organize departmental activities so that scheduled work is completed as required.

Create, revise, and approve production documents as needed.

Create, revise, and update Prism schedules as needed.

Assist plant/area personnel daily or as needed in root cause analysis, planning processes, efficiency and utilization and resource planning.

Monitor and report performance progress upstream and downstream, to confirm that expected progress is attained.

Participate in continuous improvement activities and training as needed.

Coach personnel in the application of acquired skills.QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a Biological/Pharmaceutical scientific discipline or manufacturing engineering discipline with an emphasis on process improvement.

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Sound knowledge and commitment to cGMPs.

Commitment to documentation practices and strict adherence to SOP's.
