Sr. Associate - Production Services

This position functions as a liaison between internal business partners and external suppliers in order to implement print, fulfillment and/or direct mail programs to meet or outperform business partner goals. Specific responsibilities include the day-to-day management of production tasks such as the buying of print, managing of timelines, data file instruction and using department database for financial processing and accurate and timely project reporting to management. Critical decision-making along with management of communications with all business partners are both key responsibilities. This individual will facilitate the biding process, review bids and prepare supplier recommendations in conjunction with overall budget management and monthly financial reporting. In addition, this individual must have the ability to and develop and maintain positive, productive business partner relationships. Other requirements include the aptitude to effectively negotiate pricing, oversee multiple projects, problem solve effectively, consult on creative design and make recommendations for cost and postal efficiencies. As a Senior Associate, this position will also assist the manager in building new relationships with business partners, managing RFP's, leading contract negotiations and presenting to upper management, streamlining processes and procedures as well as managing high-level ad hoc projects.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree and a min. of 3-5 year’s or recent, applicable business experience, with proficiency in production of print materials preferred. General use of marketing principles, strong project management, organizational and communication skills are a must. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required.DESIRED SKILLS:
