Shift Superintendent

Baldwin Filters, a worldwide provider of filtration products, seeks a highly qualified individual for the position of 2nd Shift Superintendent at our manufacturing facility in Kearney, NE.
Duties to include:
•Directs the work for the 2nd shift in accordance with production schedules while utilizing labor and equipment to the best advantage.
•Assures the department conforms with company policies, safety procedures, quality procedures and process instructions.
•Participates in and coordinates programs for continuous improvement, work simplification, cost reduction, communications, training, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates should possess a strong background in supervision, leadership skills that promote teamwork, cooperation and a high level of morale. This position is responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved.

A bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in manufacturing supervision required. Lean manufacturing techniques, and 6 Sigma methodology preferred. Excellent growth opportunity.
