Set up Mechanic

Purpose: This company manufactures packaging material. They are looking for a Set up Mechanic to Set Up & bring in machines. The candidate will need experience with
Basic Machine Maintenance per PM schedule.
Trouble Shoot processing problems.
Complete necessary documentation.
-Set Up Sheets
-Setting Sheets
-Sample sheet
-Machine Adjustment Log
-Production Data Collection Form
-End of Run
-FMEA (In conjunction with Quality)
Ensure that next job is ready to be put in to machine prior to completion of job which is running.
Assist mechanics on other teams struggling with set ups & trouble shooting.
Assist members of team when machines are all running.
Notify Production Control of necessary schedule changes.
Ensure quality standards are met on each job.
Notify material handlers of material needs when needed.
Ensure that all jobs run to shot rate, and if shot rate cannot be achieved notify shift supervisor.
Ensure that tooling (plates, pressure boxes, etc.) is put neatly away.
