Senior Center Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for managing the overall operations of centers within the assigned cluster, including supervision of center managers and the administration of center sales performance and profitability objectivesGENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a representative list of the general duties the Senior Center Manager may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive
Achieve company objectives for sales and profit performance within the Center Network
Direct supervision of spoke center managers and hub assistant managers, including responsibility for:
Hiring of all spoke center managers and hub assistant managers and monitoring new hire orientation procedures
Train and evaluate the efficiency and productivity of managers in Center Network by establishing performance standards and objectives; conducting regular Operations Reviews and Performance Appraisals and making recommendations for wage increases and promotions, when applicable
Initiate disciplinary procedures, as necessary, for managers and assistant managers, up to and including termination of employment
Participate in the Complaint Review process as immediate supervisor of assigned spoke managers and hub assistant managers
Ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within managed centers including accounts receivables,
inventory reports, daily sales recaps, and daily bank deposits in full compliance with established company policies
Monitor and direct marketing activities within centers managed to achieve pre-established sales objectives including monthly marketing calendars, media advertising, specialized sales, in-store signage, etc.
Plan and direct the purchase and installation of equipment and machinery required for efficient production operations for center network and for monitoring inventory levels of supplies and materials
Ensure Federal/State Law safety requirements are established within Center Network. In addition, may be required to perform quarterly safety inspections of each center.
Ensure center managers within Center Network are consistently applying FedEx Kinko's Policies and Procedures.
Perform monthly center operations assessments (BEA) for all centers in network to ensure all centers comply with Center Operations Excellence Standards
Supervises other team members. Performs duties with minimal supervision by district manager.Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
4 year college degree or equivalent level of experience
Five to seven years of related experience, including three to five years of prior progressively responsible supervisory experience, prior multi-unit supervisory experience preferred.
Advanced level of reading, writing and mathematical ability
Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise
