Senior Brand Manager

Lead and develop the strategic direction and manage the P&L for all designated brands within client company, including: a) Strategy development; b) Program creation, execution and analysis; c) Organizational development for 2-3 Associate Brand Managers; d) Lead multi-functional teams including every function within client company; and e) Assist in development of Trade strategies and plans.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES –
1.Main responsible for portfolio of brands, including 8 brands and more than 130 sku’s.
2.Marketing Plan development and execution, including consumer and trade activities. This includes both established brands and new brands developed by a New Ventures group.
3.People development for direct reports.
4.Responsible for and management of multiple brand P&Ls.
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPENTENCIES- •This position requires an individual with strong brand management experience, not only for the strategic challenge the job involves, but also for the complexity of it. The individual needs to be able to manage multiple priorities, be able to prioritize and still lead the team into the direction he/she wants the business to move.
•This position requires a Master’s degree in a business related field.
•This position requires creative and analytical skills, since it won’t only need to develop strategies and programs, but also wil have to be able to forecast business impact and profitability of them.
•This position requires experience in leading multifunctional groups, including Operations and Sales. Knowledge of how to create Trade programs is a plus.
•This position requires experience in dealing with and presenting to key decision makers in the company.
