Sales Representative

Sears Home Improvement Products is just one of many business’s within the Sears family of business’s specializing in home improvement products. These products include Windows, Siding, Doors, Cabinets, etc. Heating and Air Conditioning experience a plus.

The Sales Representative is responsible for covering assigned pre-set sales appointments during scheduled appointment time frames. This is to include a full in-home product presentation to the consumer utilizing the complete ten-step selling plan in order to achieve required performance expectations which include customer satisfaction, etc. Annual Compensation: $40,000 to $100,000 in commissions. Benefits: 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Associate Stock Ownership Program, Associate Discount, Tuition Reimbursement, Legal Plan, etc. Qualifications: Subject to drug screening and background check, no prior experience necessary
