Sales Analyst

Purpose:
Our client, an automotive supplier, is looking for a Sales Analyst to work in there seat manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include:

1) Oversee projects associated with current accounts, including but not limited to new development, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.
1) Support current business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements for improvement.
2) Collaborate with development, marketing, support, community relations and quality to ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of solutions.
3) Learn and develop negotiation and closing techniques.
4) Act as liaison for internal and external communications with current accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
5) Administer projects using defined project management tools and communication vehicles.
6) Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bidirectional.
7) Performs special projects as requested. (e.g., Senior Management presentations)
8) Works with customer in order to gather sales information such as surveys, for use in sales planning, forecasting, and specific programs. Keeps abreast of industry trends.
9) Monitors, tracks and assists in reconciliation of department-specific information relating to goals and objectives, budget, etc.

Requirements include:

Candidates need to have sales support/analyst experience in working with international purchasing depts.
Education: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent
Certifications/Software Packages:
Must Have: Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Classification:
Direct Hire

Compensation:
30-35,000 Year
