SEMI FAB OPERATOR 1 - D shift

Wafer Fab Operator: Working in a cleanroom environment, monitoring the fabrication process of computer chips.
Temp to hire - one year assignment potential for hire prior to end of assignment.
Lifting 15lbs to 30lbs.
Problem Solving: 30%Analytical problem solving: process troubleshooting, equipment troubleshooting.
Work with hand tools, (bottleneck tools, TQC tools, etc.)
Job Knowledge: 25%Breadth and depth, workflow knowledge, and training skills.
Quality/Safety/Basic Job Function:15%Attention to detail, following established SOP's, RVOC's, and ECO's.
Productivity:15%Line control and effective output. Demonstration of initiative (self-starter, identify and take action within bounds of authority) or escalate key issues as appropriate.
Teamwork/Leadership:15%Demonstrated (team/individual) leadership within assigned work team or voluntary work groups toward continuous improvement.
Pay rate starts at $9.05/plus shift differential and overtime
Shifts are 3 days off 4 days/work 4 days off 3 days
Shifts:A shift- Mon thru Wed. 6am to 6pm and every other Sunday ($9.05)B shift-Thurs thru Sat. 6am to 6pm and every other Sun. 5% pay dif.C shift- Sun thru Tues. 6pm to 6am and every other Sat. 15% pay dif.D shift- Wed thru Fri. 6pm to 6am and every other Sat. 15% pay dif.
Standing for up to 12 hours

Wear bunnysuits, safety glasses, and gloves in the clean room
