REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Responsible for the sales of company manufacturing products and services in an assigned territory. Responsible for management and direction of a rep sales force as well as inside sales support personnel. Manage and motivate the sales team by establishing quotas, goals and objectives. Analyze sales statistics and formulate policy to promote sales. Reviews market data to determine customer needs, volume potential , price schedules and discount rates. Monitor competitor activities in the assigned region. Must have process manufacturing background. BS degree and 3-5 years sales management experience required. Experience in the process control industry or instrumentation field is a plus. Excellent presentation skills are a must.
