Due to years of continued annual growth Pierre Foods, a premier nationwide manufacturer of convenience foods is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Services Supervisor for our North Carolina Division located in Claremont.

Quality Services Supervisor

Ideal qualifications: 2 -5 years experience in a food processing environment, BS in Food Science or related field, knowledgeable of FDA/USDA and HACCP regulations, knowledgeable of microbiological testing and improvement, documentation review and audits. Ability and confidence to solve problems with divisional and corporate team.
