Silver Line Windows is one of the largest and fastest growing manufacturers of premium quality vinyl windows and doors in the country. We are experiencing record setting growth and demand for our products at our eight manufacturing facilities throughout the country. To keep pace with our growth, we have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our corporate team located in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

In this key role you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality and effectiveness of our critical Glass Insulating Operation at all of our manufacturing facilities throughout the corporation. Specific responsibilities will include evaluating and current production methods and to develop and implement processes to improve glass quality, create and implement glass production standards, test and evaluate raw materials, work with our supplier base to ensure material reliability as well as spearhead training programs for all levels of management and staff as well as to recommend and implement continuous improvement activities in the glass operations at our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in quality, continuous improvement projects, or in a processes engineering role in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Glass or Window Industry. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements in a multi-facility organization is required as is the communication skills necessary to work with all levels of management and staff.

A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, however relevant training and experience will also be considered. This position will require approximately 30% - 50% travel.
