Quality Improvement Supervisor

Direct Hire opportunity for a Process Improvement Supervisor. Must have a BS degree preferably in Industrial Engineering. Ideal candidate will have 5 + years experience in a Manufacturing business with at least 2 years experience in a Management role. Successful Program and Project Management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and Lean Enterprise Expert - Certification is required. Six Sigma Black Belt experience preferred.
Duties include leading, coaching and supporting Lean Apprentices, Green Belts, managers and supervisors in their continuous improvement activities. Reports project status and results to the Lean Initiatives Manager and others as appropriate.
