Quality Engineer/Manager

1) Drive Process Control Maturity Model (PCMM) deliverables (FMEA / Control
Plan, SPC Charts / Limits, /Instability Index, Cpk, Management Skills,
Management Systems).

2) Provide guidance and support Statistical Process Control (SPC),
Measurement System Analysis (MSA), FMEA and Calibration of test and
measurement equipment. Help define processes as well as roles and
responsibilities for various groups in order to continually reduce process
and product performance variations.

3) Sustain the corrective action link between yield enhancement activities,
equipment maintenance programs, and quality control.

4) Laterally involve appropriate organizations and coordinate an effective
and permanent solution.


5) Support Failure Analysis Engineering Group to evaluate field Failures on
customer returned products


6) Interpret Data through Graphs/Charts and Summarize Data on
Weekly/Monthly Basis


7) Assist in the Qualification of New Devices, New Equipment and New
Processes


8) Control of the Quality functions in the Production, Receiving/suppliers,
RMA, and Final Inspection areas.


9) Coordinate Quality and Safety Planning issues.


10) Control of Nonconforming Product throughout Production and Receiving
areas.


11) MRB representative for materials and product received from suppliers
and manufactured in house.


12) Control of Corrective Action System (internal, supplier and
customer).


13) ISO Coordinator and training.


14) Coordinate supplier survey and qualification.

Job Requirements
Qualifications: (Identify education, special skills, languages, experience,

M Management experience in an electronics manufacturing environment,
minimum 3 years


M Quality Engineering background in electronics manufacturing environment,
minimum 5 years


M Excellent inter-personal skills required


M Familiar with statistical process control (SPC) techniques


D Familiar with Semiconductor technology


R Computer literate to the extent of word processors and spreadsheets


M Good writing and communication skills


D College degree, BSEE or equivalent experience
