Quality Control Technician-2nd shift

This is a 2nd shift position, responsible for ensuring production conformance on a day to day basis. In addition, this position is also responsible for the related administrative responsibilities associated with the quality functions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Ensure product conformance via audits and product reviews.
•Ensure, document and enforce GMP’s and plant sanitation standards.
•Ensure and document that Kitchen, Processing and Packaging procedures are being followed and when necessary ensure corrective actions are taken.
•Work with production to find solutions to issues that are presented on a day to day basis.•Perform and assist with other quality related projects as they occur or as they are needed.
•Ensure that samples are collected and distributed according to procedure
