Quality Assurance Manager

The Judge Group, Inc. is currently in search of a degreed Quality Assurance
Manager for a growing meat company located in the Midwest. Strong
experience out of a meat facility is a HUGE PLUS!! The QA Manager should
have experience working with the USDA Inspector on site as well Production
and Sanitation employees. This position will be responsible for supervising
and training three QA Technicians and to be prepared for growth in the
department. Relocation will be offered to the right candidate. This is an

The qualified candidate for the Quality Assurance Manager position WILL
MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:


· Minimum Four years QA supervisory/manager experience with increasing
responsibility

· Experience with cooked food products/RTE

· Direct involvement in developing HACCP Program

· Desire to run own department

· Knowledge of labeling, GMPs, and Allergen programs

· Some technical training

· Degree in associated field, i.e. microbiology, biology, food science

· History of multi-shift responsibility

· History of interaction w/Customers

· HACCP certified trainer
