QC Lab Tech

Purpose: A Growing Manufacturing Company in Northwest Indiana is looking for Production Technicians to join their high-volume team immediately. With rapid rise in production and market-share, this company is looking to expand their production operations, and consequently their production force very quickly.

This position is for someone to serve as a technical resource in their production operation. Essentially, they will be assisting and monitoring overall production in a highly regulated, high-volume in environment. Individuals will be responsible for setting up mechanical machinery, starting production runs, operations, warehouse responsibilities, all associated documentation, quality checks and more. Essentially, individuals who can perform multiple tasks of varying degrees, at a very high level will perform well in this environment.

Career-oriented people with strong production backgrounds and interests are encouraged to apply. A four-year degree within a technical field is desired, however not required. This individual will also be responsible for interacting with a variety of groups, both internally, as well as customers and vendors.

Compensation is dependant upon experience.
